This is a miso with dashi prepared from kelp and dried bonito. Simply dissolve this paste in hot water to make miso soup. So easy! Ingredients; soy bean, rice, salt, extracts of kelp, dried bonito and amino acid.
How to Make Miso Soup
- Boil 800ml water in pot
- Add tofu (150g), wakame seaweed (40g) and cook for 2-3 minutes
- Turn off heat, gently dissolve 3 tbsp of miso (60g)
