Directions:

PAN-FRY

1. Place the frozen dumplings in a frying pan (without oil) and turn on the heat. *If you are using a frying pan that has scratches or peeling, please add a small amount of oil before cooking.
2. Cover and steam-fry over medium heat for about 5 minutes. (Do not add water.) *When cooking in small quantities (less than 6 pieces), steam-fry over low heat.
3. Remove the lid and finish grilling to your preference. *The wings of the gyoza will brown faster than the bottom of the gyoza. If the color of the wrapper turns dark brown, check the situation and make adjustments.
