Here at Valuemart, your satisfaction is our utmost priority. We understand that there may be times in which problems may occur during your order and we'd like to let you know that we're always here to solve these problems for you.
Returns & Refunds
Cases must be reported to us via support@valuemartgrocery.com or via Viber/text/call at 0933 397 7965 within the day of delivery. Kindly keep your physical packing slip (attached with your order) and send us a photo so we can verify your order.
We allow returns (for replacement) for the following reasons only, and only if these scenario's occur without the client's fault:
- Spoilage
- Damage
We allow refunds for the following reasons only, and only if these scenario's occur without the client's fault:

- Missing items (please send a photo of the physical packing slip for verification, no packing slip, no refund).
Due to the perishable nature of the items we carry, we do not accept returns or refunds due to change of mind. Price changes after delivery due to factors outside of Valuemart's control are also not an acceptable reason for return or refund. Thank you for understanding!
