Instructions for use:

Boil 1 L of water in a pot then add the soup base. Wait until the base is completely dissolved then add your hotpot ingredients while the broth is boiling.

The date printed on our Chinese products is the manufacturing date, as they follow Chinese packaging guidelines which do not require expiry dates on products, just the production date and shelf life from the said production dates.
